Gluten Free Cinnamon  Sugar Donuts

Gluten Free Cinnamon Sugar Donuts are baked and made with almond flour. You only need 8 ingredients to make this healthy donut recipe!

Ingredients

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray your donut pan with oil spray very well to keep the donuts from sticking.

In a mixing bowl combine almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla extract to form the donut batter. Use a whisk for this.

Spoon about ¼ cup of the batter into each donut mold. Bake at 350 degrees F for 9-12 minutes.

As the donuts are baking, make the cinnamon sugar mixture. Combine coconut sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Remove the donut pan from the oven when the donuts are done baking.

Sprinkle about ½ teaspoon of the cinnamon sugar mixture over each donut and use the back of the spoon to rub it in. Allow the donuts to cool, remove from the donut pan and enjoy!
