Healthy Fudgy  Almond Flour Brownies

These Easy Healthy Fudgy Almond Flour Brownies are gluten free and grain free. They are made using almond flour, cacao powder and coconut sugar.

Just 7 Simple Ingredients!

In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth.

Gently fold in the almond flour and cacao powder until well combined.

Lastly, fold the chocolate chips into the batter. Please note that this is a thicker brownie batter.

Press the batter into an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-24 minutes in an oven preheated to 350 degrees F.

Allow to cool completely before slicing into 9 brownies.
