Flourless Cookies

Flourless Almond Butter Cookies are easy to make with just 4 healthier ingredients - almond butter, egg, coconut sugar and dark chocolate chips.

All you need is 4 simple ingredients! 

Mix together creamy natural almond butter, one egg, coconut sugar and dark chocolate chips until incorporated.

Refrigerate the cookie dough for 30 minutes.

Use a 1 ½ tbsp scoop and drop each cookie dough ball onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Roll the dough into balls and press to form round disks.

Bake for 8-12 minutes in an oven preheated to 350 degrees. Transfer to a baking sheet to cool. They will harden as they cool.
