Eggless Pancakes

Easy Eggless Oat Pancakes are vegan and gluten free. This healthy pancake recipe is made with just 8 simple ingredients!

– almond milk – applesauce – coconut sugar – apple cider vinegar – gluten free oat flour – ground flaxseed – baking powder – coconut oil


Whisk together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Let the batter sit out for 5 minutes. This will help everything gel together.

Heat a pan on medium and add coconut oil. Use a ¼ cup scoop and pour the batter onto the pan. Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes per side.

You may have to adjust the heat. If the pancakes aren’t cooking fast enough, increase the heat. If the pancakes are starting to brown too quickly, lower the heat.

Serve these pancakes with your favorite toppings! I love fresh fruit, nuts and pure maple syrup.
