Air Fryer Smashed Potatoes are easy to make, crispy and made with minimal oil. All you need is a few ingredients for this healthy side dish!

First, boil and drain the potatoes. Cook them just until fork tender. They should take about 15 minutes. – Let the potatoes cool for about 10 minutes.

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. – Spray your air fryer basket with avocado oil spray to ensure the potatoes don't stick.

Arrange the potatoes in your air fryer.Use a glass with a flat bottom to smash each potato. No need to press hard. They should easily flatten.

Spray the potatoes with avocado oil.Sprinkle the potatoes with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.Air fry the potatoes at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, or until crispy.

– Add a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley.I served the smashed potatoes with an optional lemon yogurt dip.
