This Cooked Salmon Poke Bowl Recipe is packed with protein and is so tasty. Don’t forget the homemade Sriracha Mayo with Greek Yogurt!

This is no traditional poke bowl, but it's one of the best recipes I've ever made. I took some inspiration from my travels to Hawaii to create this recipe!

– salmon – avocado oil – coconut aminos – sesame oil – coconut flakes – sesame seeds – s&p – white rice – mixed greens – cucumber – scallion – cilantro

Ingredients

– plain greek yogurt – coconut aminos – sriracha – apple cider vinegar – sesame oil

Ingredients in Sriracha Mayo with Greek Yogurt

First, make the Sriracha Mayo with Greek Yogurt. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

1

Cook the salmon skin side down (about 5 minutes per side.) If the pieces of salmon are thicker and the middle is taking extra time to cook through, cover the pan with foil.

2

Grab a pair of tongs or a fork and flake the salmon. Add the coconut aminos, sesame oil, coconut flakes, sesame seeds, salt & pepper over the flaked salmon. Mix to ensure the salmon is all coated.

3

Assemble the bowls and evenly distribute the Sriracha Mayo Sauce over the top. Add sesame seeds, if desired and enjoy!
