Cheeseburger Bowl

This Cheeseburger Bowl is filled with traditional burger ingredients minus the bun. It's lower in carbs, so delicious and very easy to make!

First, make the burger sauce and set it aside.

Heat a pan on medium heat with avocado oil. Add the ground beef to the pan. Use a heat safe spatula to break up the meat.

Add the seasonings and cook the meat until it is no longer pink. Drain the grease from the meat before adding it to the burger bowls. I used a slotted spoon.

Now, it's time to assemble the bowls. Divide the ingredients evenly between four shallow bowls.

Place the lettuce on the bottom, add the cooked ground beef on top, shredded cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and red onion. Pour a desired amount of dressing over the top and enjoy!
