Blueberry Lemon Overnight Oats - So easy to make and great to prep for the week as a fiber-filled healthy and tasty breakfast!

Just 8 Simple Ingredients!

Add oats, protein powder, chia seeds, almond milk, blueberries and lemon zest into a small container.

Place the lid on top of the container and ensure it's secure. Shake the mixture well.

Put the container in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight.

The next morning, top the oatmeal with Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, lemon zest and shredded coconut.

Enjoy! This recipe makes one serving, but you can easily double, triple or quadruple it to prep your breakfast for the whole week!
