Leave the batter as is or add mix-ins like
blueberries
,
chocolate chips
or
apple
.

–
avocado oil
–
milk
–
vanilla extract
–
1:1 gluten-free flour
–
baking powder, gluten-free
–
baking soda
–
ground cinnamon
–
salt
–
mix-ins of choice and raw sugar for topping (optional)
Ingredients

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line your muffin pan with liners.

In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.

Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Combine with rubber spatula. When the flour is almost all mixed in, gently fold in any mix-ins.

Spoon the batter into the liners. If adding, sprinkle the turbinado sugar (raw sugar) on top of each and bake.
