Banana Bread Bars

These moist Almond Butter Banana Bread Bars are healthy, gluten free and made in just one bowl. All you need is 8 simple ingredients! 

– mashed spotty-brown banana – avocado oil – natural creamy almond butter – eggs – maple syrup – gluten free oat flour – baking soda – dark chocolate chips


In a mixing bowl, whisk together banana, avocado oil, almond butter, eggs and maple syrup.

Then, add in oat flour, baking soda and chocolate chips. Mix until combined.

Pour the batter into an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake for 22-27 minutes in an oven preheated to 350 degrees F.

Let cool completely, slice into bars and enjoy!
