Healthy Cinnamon  Apple Smoothie

Healthy Cinnamon Apple Smoothie is basically apple pie in smoothie form. Plus, this smoothie is super creamy without banana or yogurt!

– apple – pitted medjool date – ice cubes – hemp seeds – chia seeds – almond butter – unsweetened almond milk – vanilla extract – ground cinnamon – ground cardamom


In a high-powered blender, add all ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute or until all ingredients are well combined. Add in more almond milk, if needed.

Pour over ice. Optional: Top with extra diced apple and Almond Butter Granola.
