Almond Flour Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Almond Flour Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies are gluten-free and made with wholesome ingredients. They are super easy to throw together. All you need is one bowl!


1. almond flour 2. oats 3. baking powder 4. vanilla 5. egg 6. coconut sugar 7. coconut oil 8. dark chocolate chips

Mix together all ingredients until the cookie dough has formed.

Use a cookie scoop and drop each cookie dough ball onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Press and flatten to form round disks. Bake the cookies at 350 degrees F for 9-15 min.

Allow the cookies to cool and enjoy! Store in an air-tight container on the counter for a couple of days or place into the freezer to grab and microwave whenever you want a treat!
