Air Fryer  Chicken Breast

Healthy Air Fryer Chicken Breast with no breading is easy to make, juicy and delicious. This chicken recipe is perfect for meal prep!

All you need is 6 simple ingredients! 

– boneless skinless thinly sliced chicken breast – everything bagel seasoning – garlic powder – turmeric – black pepper – avocado oil spray

In a mixing bowl, combine all of the dried spices. Toss in the chicken breast and evenly coat it in the spice blend.

Place the chicken breast into the air fryer and spray with avocado oil. Air fry at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Do not overcrowd the air fryer or the chicken will not crisp up nicely. I normally complete this recipe in two batches.
