Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings – Healthy, Gluten-Free, Easy and perfectly crispy game day appetizer or snack!

– cauliflower – almond flour – rice crumbs or gf panko breadcrumbs – salt/pepper – garlic powder – paprika – eggs – almond milk – olive oil – Buffalo Sauce – crumbled blue cheese – sliced scallion

Start by cutting a head of cauliflower into florets and put those into a large mixing bowl.

In another mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients (almond flour, rice crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika). In a smaller separate mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and almond milk.

Coat each cauliflower floret in the egg mixture and then the dry mixture. Remove florets one at a time and transfer into the air fryer.

Spray or drizzle olive oil over the top of the florets. Cook them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Do not overcrowd the air fryer.

Place the cooked cauliflower wings into a mixing bowl. Coat in the buffalo sauce.

Serve with a sprinkle of blue cheese and sliced scallion. Best served right away.
