These Air Fryer Bagels are made with 7 healthy ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen. These bagels are yeast free, fluffy, delicious and so easy to make!

1. whole wheat flour 2. baking powder 3. salt 4. plain Greek yogurt 5. egg 6. olive oil 7. sesame seeds

Ingredients

In a mixing bowl combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, Greek yogurt and an egg with a silicone spatula.

Place some whole wheat flour onto your hands and begin to knead the dough. Please note that the dough will be very sticky.

Once all the ingredients are well combined, sprinkle about ¼ cup whole wheat flour onto a cutting board or working surface. I suggest wetting your hands a bit to make it easier to work with the dough.

Now, using the ¼ measuring cup, scoop the dough and try to make a rope as even and smooth as possible. Pinch ends to form a round circle. Repeat until all of the dough has been used.

Spray or drizzle olive oil (1 tbsp) over the bagels and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top. Air fry the bagels at 350° Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes.

Enjoy the bagels immediately or cut them in half, individually wrap them and place them into the freezer. You can toast one in the toaster each morning throughout the week.
