Air Fryer  Acorn Squash 

Air Fryer Acorn Squash is easy to make and a delicious side dish! The squash is seasoned with thyme and parmesan cheese.

– First, preheat your air fryer. – Now, cut the acorn squash. Slice the squash in half. Next, scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Lastly, lay the squash cut side down and cut into ½ inch half circles.

– Place the cut squash into a bowl. Add the oil, thyme, parmesan, garlic powder, salt and ground black pepper. Combine until the squash is coated.

– Add the seasoned squash into your air fryer. Air fry the squash at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through. I suggest making this recipe in two batches for even cooking.

– Serve with a sprinkle of thyme and parmesan cheese!
