– First, preheat your air fryer.
– Now, cut the acorn squash. Slice the squash in half. Next, scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Lastly, lay the squash cut side down and cut into ½ inch half circles.
– Add the seasoned squash into your air fryer. Air fry the squash at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through. I suggest making this recipe in two batches for even cooking.
