In a small bowl, mix together sea salt and paprika.
Slice (4) 8" whole wheat flour wraps into 8 wedges (like a pizza).
Place the wedges in the air fryer in a single layer. The edges can overlap slightly, but don't stack them on top of each other or they will not get crispy.
First, spray/brush about ½ tsp olive oil over the wedges. Then, sprinkle with a little of the sea salt and paprika mix.
Air fry at 375 degrees F for 4-6 minutes. Remove from air fryer. Place on a cooling rack as you make the next batch.
Please note you will have to air fry the chips in batches unless you have a very large air fryer.
Serve with whatever your heart desires!
