  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup cold coffee
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs


  • In a high-powered blender, add all ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute or until all ingredients are well combined. Add in more almond milk to thin the smoothie, if needed. This will depend on the consistency of the protein powder you use.
