Lay popcorn onto a baking sheet with parchment paper.
When melting the chocolate to prepare for drizzling, stir in the coconut oil. Adding the coconut oil allows for the chocolate to become smoother and easier to drizzle. The coconut oil also helps create more of a shell when the chocolate hardens. You cannot taste it.
Evenly drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top. Sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberries and flaky sea salt.
Place the popcorn into the freezer for about 30 minutes before enjoying so the chocolate can harden.
