Almond Butter Granola Recipe

This Almond Butter Granola Recipe is easy to make with 6 ingredients. The granola is refined sugar-free, oil-free and filled with healthy fats and fiber.

  • 2 cups oats
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 egg whites
  • ¼ cup creamy almond butter 


  • Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Ensure all is well-combined.
  • Spread mixture onto a sheet pan with parchment paper and bake for 18-22 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Gently flip the granola halfway through. Be careful not to break the clumps or you won't end up with any granola clusters.
  • Once removed from the oven, allow the granola to fully cool before storing it in an airtight container at room temperature.


Yields about 3 ½ cups of granola.
