This Almond Butter Granola Recipe is easy to make with 6 ingredients. The granola is refined sugar-free, oil-free and filled with healthy fats and fiber.
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Ensure all is well-combined.
Spread mixture onto a sheet pan with parchment paper and bake for 18-22 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Gently flip the granola halfway through. Be careful not to break the clumps or you won't end up with any granola clusters.
Once removed from the oven, allow the granola to fully cool before storing it in an airtight container at room temperature.
