  • Mix together melted dark chocolate, peanut butter, coconut oil and shredded coconut in a mixing bowl.
  • Use a 1 ½ tbsp cookie scoop and drop the cookies onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the sheet pan in the freezer for about 1 hour or until the cookies harden. Store in the freezer and grab a cookie whenever you are craving a sweet treat!
