Easy Shredded Chicken Recipe

  • Stand Mixer


  • 1 ½ lb chicken breast
  • 3 cups bone broth - you can use chicken bone broth or beef bone broth!


  • Place chicken breast and bone broth in a saucepan. Cover and cook on low for 45 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken breast from the saucepan and place it into a stand mixer.
  • Turn the mixer on low-med and watch your chicken shred!
  • Use the leftover broth to make a soup. I recommend trying out my Easy Vegetable Pasta Soup!
  • Store your shredded chicken in THESE containers.
