  • Air Fryer

  • 1 head of cauliflower (about 5 cups of cauliflower florets)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup rice crumbs - (I love Trader Joe’s Rice Crumbs in place of bread crumbs for this recipe! They are a great gluten-free option, but you can substitute Gluten Free Panko Breadcrumbs instead.)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • olive oil (spraying/drizzling over the top - 1 tsp per batch)
  • ½ cup Primal Kitchen’s Buffalo Sauce
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced scallion

  • Start by cutting a head of cauliflower into florets and put those into a large mixing bowl.
  • In another mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients (almond flour, rice crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika). In a smaller separate mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and almond milk.
  • Coat each cauliflower floret in the egg mixture and then the dry mixture. Remove florets one at a time and transfer into the air fryer.
  • Spray or drizzle 1 tsp olive oil over the top of the florets. Cook them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Do not overcrowd the air fryer with the cauliflower. I normally complete this recipe in a few batches, but this depends on the size of your air fryer.
  • Place the cooked cauliflower wings into a mixing bowl. Coat in the buffalo sauce.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of blue cheese and sliced scallion. Best served right away.
