2tbspcoconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce- (No longer gluten free if low sodium soy sauce is used.)
Cook ground turkey in ½ tbsp sesame oil on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked through (stirring to break up clumps). Remove the cooked turkey from the pan and set it to the side in a bowl.
Brown garlic in ½ tbsp sesame oil for about 1 minute on medium heat. Add in scallions, mushrooms, coleslaw mix and ground ginger and cook for 4 minutes on medium heat.
Add cooked ground turkey back into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the coconut aminos.
Serve as is or over brown rice. I added some fresh scallion, sesame seeds and Sriracha over the top.
