  • ½ cup gluten free oat flour
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • ¾ cup Wholesome Organic Cane Sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs at room temp.
  • cup dark chocolate chips


  • Mix together all ingredients until well-combined.
  • Pour the brownie batter into an 8×8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-24 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely before slicing into 9 brownies.
  • Store in an airtight container on the counter for a couple of days or place into the freezer to grab and microwave whenever you want a treat!
