Easy One Bowl Oat Flour Brownies

- ½ cup gluten free oat flour
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- ¾ cup Wholesome Organic Cane Sugar
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs at room temp.
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
Mix together all ingredients until well-combined.
Pour the brownie batter into an 8×8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-24 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before slicing into 9 brownies.
Store in an airtight container on the counter for a couple of days or place into the freezer to grab and microwave whenever you want a treat!
