  • Scramble an egg in sesame oil on medium heat.
  • Add in minced garlic, chopped green onion and chopped carrot. Cook for 3 minutes.

  • Add in cold quinoa, coconut aminos and spices and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve with sesame seeds, if desired.
