Healthy No Bake Cookie Dough Bites

These Easy Healthy No Bake Cookie Dough Bites are made with 4 ingredients - Almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup and chocolate chips!

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup natural creamy almond butter
  • 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

  • Roll into bites with a 1 ½ Tbsp scoop. (THESE ice cream scoops are great for making the perfect bites and cookies!)

  • Lay each of the bites on a sheet pan and let harden in the fridge for 30 minutes before enjoying. Store in the fridge. (Feel free to ditch the bites and just enjoy the batter…)

Notes

Note: I recommend using drippy almond butter. If your almond butter is not smooth enough you might not reach that cookie dough consistency. If this is the case, add a few drops of almond milk.
