  • cups old fashioned rolled oats - (gluten free, if necessary)
  • ½ mashed spotty-brown banana
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 chopped date
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla - (I used vanilla powder, but you can sub vanilla extract)


  • Place all ingredients in a container.
  • Shake well to combine, secure with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
  • Enjoy in the morning! I topped mine with sliced banana, peanut butter and cinnamon!
