Ingredients
  

Ingredients in Donut Batter

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (gluten-free)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (for greasing pan)

Ingredients in Cinnamon Sugar

  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Mix together almond flour, baking powder, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, eggs and maple syrup to form the donut batter.
  • Grab a donut pan and grease with olive oil. Spoon about ¼ cup of the batter into each donut mold. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes.
  • As the donuts are baking, make the cinnamon sugar mixture. Combine 1 tablespoon coconut sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Remove the donut pan from the oven when the donuts are done baking. Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture all over the top of the donuts right away.
  • Allow the donuts to cool, remove from the donut pan and enjoy!
