Healthy Chocolate Chip Muffins are easy to make, moist and delicious. They are gluten free, sweetened with honey and made in one bowl!

  • 1 ¾ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup peanut butter powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder (gluten-free)
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • cup dark chocolate chips


  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
  • Line a muffin tin with 8 liners. Check out these silicone liners I adore! Use a large scoop to distribute the muffin batter evenly into each liner.
  • Bake for 22-32 minutes in an oven preheated to 350° F. Allow the muffins to cool, remove from the liners and enjoy!
