Healthy Chocolate Chip Muffins
Healthy Chocolate Chip Muffins are easy to make, moist and delicious. They are gluten free, sweetened with honey and made in one bowl!
- 1 ¾ cups almond flour
- ½ cup peanut butter powder
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder (gluten-free)
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
Line a muffin tin with 8 liners. Check out these silicone liners I adore! Use a large scoop to distribute the muffin batter evenly into each liner.
Bake for 22-32 minutes in an oven preheated to 350° F. Allow the muffins to cool, remove from the liners and enjoy!
