Grain-Free Cinnamon Date Bread

This super easy Grain-Free Cinnamon Date Bread is made in one-bowl with a handful of simple ingredients. It's grain-free and free of refined sugar!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ tbsp baking powder (gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
  • ½ cup chopped dates

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until batter has formed.

  • Spoon batter into a 9×5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

  • Let cool completely and slice. Add some extra cinnamon on top if desired. I like slicing and freezing the loaf. Whenever I want a slice, I heat it up in the microwave.
