Coconut Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten Free)

  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, coconut sugar, coconut oil, pure maple syrup, egg and chocolate chips together.
  • Place the dough into the freezer for about 10 minutes to get super cold. (Do not skip this step!)
  • Use a 1 ½ tbsp cookie scoop and scoop, roll and gently flatten the top of each dough ball onto a cookie sheet. (See photo above.)
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 9-12 min.
  • Allow the cookies to cool completely on a cooling rack before enjoying!
