Cinnamon Toast Crunch Granola

This cinnamon toast crunch granola is gluten-free, vegan and refined sugar free. This granola is the perfect topping for any yogurt bowl!

  • 1 cup GF oats
  • cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • cup sliced almonds/cashew pieces
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil


  • Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Ensure all is well-combined. Spread mixture onto a sheet pan with parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Constantly check and stir the granola around as it’s cooking to prevent it from burning.
