PB Cacao Bliss Balls

These PB cacao bliss balls are the perfect sweet snack. They are made with 6 simple ingredients and are so satisfying!

  • 1 cup GF oats
  • 2 ½ tbsp honey
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp cold water


  • Mix oats, honey, smooth peanut butter, vanilla, cacao powder and cold water. Roll into balls with a 1 1/2 Tbsp scoop. Lay each of the balls onto a sheet pan and let harden in the fridge. Store in the fridge.


I adore this vanilla powder for baking!
Yields 8-9 bites.
