Banana Bread

This gluten-free banana bread is made with a handful of wholesome ingredients and sweetened with maple syrup!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups GF oat flour
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder (gluten-free)
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 spotty-brown bananas
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mash spotty-brown bananas with a fork until smooth, pour in maple syrup, applesauce, two eggs, oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla and chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into a greased 9x5 loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min. Let cool, slice and enjoy!
