Brownie Cookies

These brownie cookies are made with wholesome ingredients such as spelt flour, cacao powder, almond butter and blackstrap molasses. They have the texture of a fudgy brownie!

  • ½ cup spelt flour 
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ cup melted ghee
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup blackstrap molasses 
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips


  • In a mixing bowl, combine spelt flour, cacao powder, melted ghee, almond butter, coconut sugar, molasses and eggs. When the dough is well combined, mix in the chocolate chips.
  • Use a 1 1/2 Tbsp scoop and drop each cookie dough ball onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Top each dough ball with a few chocolate chips. Bake the cookies for 7-12 min. in a 350 degree oven. Optional: When cooling, sprinkle with pink salt.
