Mango Salsa

This mango salsa is a bright and fresh addition to grilled shrimp, steak or a veggie burger!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup diced mango
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients until combined.
  • Serve with grilled shrimp, steak or a veggie burger etc.

Notes

Yields about 1 1/3 cups of salsa.
