Chopped Tuna Salad

This chopped tuna salad is mayo-free and one of the easiest lunches to throw together. It is super versatile. You can serve it over a bed of greens, on a wrap or as a sandwich!

Ingredients

  • 1 can drained tuna in water
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese

Ingredients for Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Flake tuna with a fork to break up chunks once the water has been drained. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Serve on a wrap, on a bed of greens or enjoy as a sandwich!
