These simple healthy berry oats are made with 4 ingredients that you probably already have on hand!
Servings 1 person
- ⅓ cup oats
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ⅓ cup water
- ¼ cup frozen berries (I used a mix of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries)
Place all ingredients into a saucepan.
Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and cook for 1-2 min until creamy.
Serve with your favorite toppings. I used peanut butter, ground flaxseed and blueberries. If you like your oatmeal slightly sweeter, drizzle honey over the top!
