Coconut Flour Pancakes
These coconut flour pancakes are made with 4 ingredients, are gluten-free and take minutes to make!
Servings 1 serving
- ½ mashed banana
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix to create the pancake batter.
Heat and grease a pan on medium. Spoon the batter onto the pan. You may make mini pancakes or a couple of larger ones.
Cook one side until you see bubbles form on top. Flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until browned. Serve with your favorite toppings!
