3 Ingredient Pancakes
These healthy 3 Ingredient Pancakes are so easy and simple. All you need is a blender, oats, banana and one egg! They take minutes to make!
Servings 1 person
- ⅓ cup oats
- 1 spotty-brown banana
- 1 egg
Place all the ingredients into a blender to create the pancake batter.
Heat and grease a pan on medium. Spoon the batter onto the pan. You may make mini pancakes or a couple of larger ones.
Cook one side until you see bubbles form on top. Flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until browned. Serve with your favorite toppings!
