Crispy Spiced Chickpeas
These Crispy Spiced Chickpeas can be baked or air fried. They are perfect as a snack or a great addition to a salad!
Servings 1 cup
- 1 16 ounce can of chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Let the chickpeas dry on top of napkins/paper towel on a sheet pan for however long you have patience for. The longer you let them dry, the crispier they will be.
Coat the chickpeas in the olive oil, coconut aminos and spices. Ensure all chickpeas are completely covered in the spice mixture.
Bake the chickpeas on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper in a 400 degree oven for 30-40 min until crispy.
