Protein Tahini Granola

This protein tahini granola contains 7 simple ingredients: oats, coconut, vanilla protein, cardamom, maple syrup, tahini and avocado oil!

Servings 3 cups


  • 1 ¼ cups GF oats
  • 1 ¼ cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom 
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup avocado oil


  • Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Ensure all is well-combined.
  • Spread mixture onto a sheet pan with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Constantly check and stir the granola around as it’s cooking to prevent it from burning.


Yields about 3 3/4 cups of granola.
