Tahini Breakfast Cookies

These tahini breakfast cookies are so delicious and made with a handful of wholesome ingredients such as chia seeds, honey, banana and almond flour!

  • 1 ¼ cup GF oats
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup honey
  • cup mashed banana 
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup dark mini chocolate chips


  • Mix together all ingredients until well-combined.
  • Use a 1 1/2 Tbsp scoop and drop each cookie dough ball onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Press the tops down slightly with the palms of your hands. Bake the cookies for 9-15 min. in a 350 degree oven. Store in the refrigerator.
