Flourless Brownie Bites

These healthier brownie bites contain 4 simple ingredients, have no flour and are super gooey!

  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ½ cup melted dark chocolate chips 
  • ½ cup melted ghee


  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Layer the batter into a 9x5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 17-25 min. Let cool and slice into bites.
