Chili Lime Cashews

These cashews are the perfect healthy snack. You only need a handful of ingredients and they take minutes to roast in the oven!

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • tsp salt


  • Coat raw nuts in avocado oil, spices and lime juice.
  • Place the nuts onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 9-16 min. or until golden.
