10 Minute Turkey Tacos

These healthy turkey tacos cannot get easier or more flavorful. The mix of spices is absolutely delicious and they take about 10 minutes to create!

  • ½ tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ½ lb turkey meat ground
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 4 small torillas of choice


  • Cook garlic and onion in avocado oil for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  • Add in turkey and spices and cook for about 3-5 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
  • Serve in your favorite tortilla and pile on the toppings! I used Trader Joe’s Carb Savvy Tortillas (highly recommend) and topped my tacos with salsa verde, avocado and a dollop of greek yogurt.
