Vegan Chocolate  Truffles

Vegan Chocolate Truffles are easy to make, chocolatey and so delicious! They are the perfect healthy no bake dessert.

Start by mixing together all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl until combined - almond flour, oat flour, cacao powder, maple syrup and milk.

Use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop and roll the mixture into balls. Place them on a small cookie sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.

Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in an oven safe bowl and melt. Coat each of the balls in the melted chocolate and place them back onto the parchment paper.

Sprinkle each with sprinkles and flaky sea salt. Place them into the fridge for 1 hour and enjoy!
