Healthy Chicken  Burger Patties

Easy Healthy Chicken Burger Patties made with ground chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spices, almond flour and an egg. Serve the patties on a bun, in a salad or as is.

Important Tip!

There are different types of ground chicken meat based on fat percentages. You can use 99% lean meat if you would like, but these burgers will not be juicy.

Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl except for the avocado oil.

Divide the meat mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties. Heat a pan on medium with avocado oil. Cook patties.

Serve the patties on a bun, in a salad or as is.
