Gluten Free  Chocolate Chip  Biscotti

These Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Biscotti are a very easy and satisfying dessert! They are made with only 8 healthier ingredients and they are low in sugar.

8 Super Simple Ingredients!

Mix all ingredients for the biscotti in a bowl until combined. Place the biscotti dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Form an approximately 9×5 inch rectangle with wet hands. The rectangle should be about ½ inch thick. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until firm to the touch, but not hard.

Let cool for about 15 minutes before slicing into 1 inch slices. Turn the 1 inch slices cut side down and bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Remove from the oven, turn the cookies onto the other side and bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Place on a wire cooling rack and allow the cookies to cool. They will harden as they cool.

Store the cookies in the fridge or the freezer.
